TO: All Primary Club Contacts of the Michigan District AAU Girls Basketball

Special Pursuant to AAU Code, you must be a current (2008) AAU member in order to have voting privileges Instructions: at this meeting.

Only one vote per club. Primary contact person listed on Club Membership will have vote. If contact person cannot attend meeting and wishes to send a replacement, notification of change must be in writing on the enclosed form, signed by the primary contact person listed on Club Membership and given to the current secretary, prior to meeting time.

There are no offices currently for election but there may be proposals to vote on that come out of the Discussion Groups which will be meeting on August 10. Information on items of discussion and where Discussion Groups will be meeting will be posted on Girls Basketball website. Any questions or concerns can be directed to Terry Dolan.
