Special Instruction:    Pursuant to AAU Code, you must be a current ( 2008) AAU member in order to have voting privileges

                                  at this meeting.

                                 Only one vote per club. Primary contact person listed on Club Membership will have vote. If contact person

                                 cannot attend meeting and wishes to send a replacement, notification of change must be in writing on the

                                 enclosed form, signed by the primary contact person listed on Club Membership and given to the current

                                 secretary, prior to meeting time.

ELECTIONS:            Elections will be held for the following offices: Sport Director

                                Nomination ballots must be received by the current secretary at least one week prior to meeting date.

                                Nominations submitted without all required materials shall be considered incomplete and  the candidate
